I grew up in S. California when kids roamed free and played until the street lights came on.. After I finished school, I traveled around and eventually ended up in Ontario, Canada where I stayed for 7 years. Missing the Good ole’ USA, I moved to Ohio and truly enjoyed it for 13 yrs but was getting a bit worn out of the extensive winters and cold. I moved back to Florida in November 99’. Once I was settled, I started investing in properties. Sold many after repairs and rented some out. In late 2004 I was approached by my first Broker about coming to work for him and so by March of 2005 I was a licensed Florida Realtor. It’s been a crazy ride with the upturn, downturn and everything in between. Overall I’ve enjoyed it and have met some really awesome people that have become friends with. I moved over to my little farm in 2012 and started my alpaca farm that I call HawkesNest Alpacas. It keeps me out of trouble and is really a nice distraction from our crazy world. The alpacas love when people come visit because carrots are guaranteed. I would love to share my experience in Real Estate and Alpacas with you!!

In addition to helping our buyers and sellers, we believe every dog deserves a home sweet home, too. That is why we assist the shelter in the form of monetary donations, closing rebates for our customers, and video advertisements on our social media platforms. 

For every closing we have, we donate a charitable portion of our commission to the shelter. When you buy or sell with us, you are helping the Humane Society’s animals live a happy and healthy life.
